I have a very nice backyard with a pool. The rooms will be freshly painted and new floors. Rent includes internet and cable. I have solar, so Utilities are affordable split between 3 people. Only a couple minutes away from Fresno State. I walk to the Football games, Baseball games and Softball games. Fashion Fair, Save Mart, Freeway and many Restaurants close by.
