Large unfurnished bedroom available in a duplex in Somersworth. It’s on its own floor, and has a spacious closet and storage space. Roomie will have the entire 3rd floor of the duplex. Window unit A/C and lots of natural light. The room is large enough to split into a bedroom and separate living/workspace.

Large common areas, including a living room, an oversized, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom.

Laundry is free and in-unit. Off-street parking for one additional vehicle is included, and street parking in the surrounding area is free.

It’s a quiet neighborhood with families and students, and there’s a really cute park across the street. Three minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

I am a friendly, young professional who enjoys reading, cooking, trivia, and traveling. I work rotating 12-hour shifts with a set two-week schedule.
