This townhouse is conveniently located across from the Van Dorn Metro station (5 minutes of walk from Harrison Circle in Summer’s Grove to the Metro train station) in Alexandria and just minutes from the beltway 495 and 395. This community is near the Eisenhower and Van Dorn intersection. The King street metro is next stop and Washington Reagan National Airport is only 4 stop from here.

The Townhouse has an in-unit washer and dryer. The Townhouse Community also have an outdoor swimming pool. You will have access to the community pool during summer. We have a wireless high-speed internet from Comcast.
The house offers plenty of privacy because bedrooms are located on a different level from the common areas such as living room and dining room. You don’t really need a car, because the metro station, grocery store and the restaurants are at a walking distance.
We keep common areas clean and respect others space and expect the same in return.

We are seeking a kind, considerate, non-smoking person with who keeps the common area and their personal space clean. This location is ideal for someone who works at the Patent Office, King street, Old Town Alexandria, Pentagon, Crystal City or any metro accessible government agencies in the DC metro area.
