We are seeking a responsible and considerate roommate for our comfortable and conveniently located three-bedroom apartment in Worcester. We are offering a private bedroom and access to shared bathroom, kitchen, and living spaces. Room comes unfurnished. There is convenient street parking available. It is walking distance from a bus stop, 24 hour CVS, grocery stores, auto shops, and other amenities. Shared amenities include in-unit washer and drier, a TV, furnished living room, dinner table, complete bathroom, a dishwasher, oven, sink, air frier, microwave, toaster oven, tea kettle, blender, fridge with freezer, kitchen supplies including dishes and cutlery, fans, and ample storage space. Each room has its own thermostat. Utilities (internet, gas, and electric) cost an average of $100 on top of the $833.34 rent monthly. There is an apartment portal with the option for automatic payments and we use Venmo to exchange funds between roommates. We share the space with an ESA cat, Chocolate, who is very friendly and well-behaved, and doesn’t stink up the apartment. Plants poisonous to cats are not allowed, but other compatible cats are welcome. The apartment is on the third floor and requires walking up two short flights of stairs. There is a front and back entrance and you will be provided with keys. A background check and application are required by the landlord who is professional and generally attentive. The lease duration requirement is at least one year. The first two levels of the house are two separate apartments with friendly residents. No smoking! We are Mika and Anika, two women in our twenties. Mika is a PhD student completing her residency in biomedical sciences at UMass Memorial, she owns Chocolate, the ESA cat, who is loving and well-behaved. Anika is a full-time nursing student at QCC with experience in the biotech field, working at a doggy daycare. We are friendly, organized, respectful, communicative and responsible and look for the same qualities in a roommate.
