Hello potential roommate, Your future room has a private bathroom, private entrance to patio, walk in closet, It’s a smaller odd shaped room, but living room is a decent size. Beautiful and green apartment complex in good area of Clearwater: Publix, Starbucks, Cicis, restaurants, dollar store, gym, urgent care are in walking distance; Walmart, multiple parks, Safety harbor, US 19, Gulf to bay are in 3 minutes drive and Airport and Clearwater beach are in 15 minutes drive. I work days and sleep nights, don’t drink alcohol, quiet and respectful I keep my and shared space clean and expect the same from you. Bills are included, except electivity that we share 50/50 (total bill usually around $80-$150)
