Rent is $1475/month. Utilities : (+/-$60/month for internet + electricity and Gaz).

Location is walking distance from Times Square, Central Park, Broadway and Hudson River. Central to all of 9th Avenue’s bars, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, bakeries, bike rentals.

Room description: The room is clean, cosy and luminous ; located conveniently two steps away from the bathroom and next to the living room and the kitchen, giving a nice sense of space. Freshly painted white, the window gives you a nice clear view of Hell’s Kitchen and light comes through it all day.

As part of a global commun effort to respect Covid 19 safety measures, the room will be thoroughly disinfected prior to anyone moving in.

Situated at the top floor of a three storied building, this spacious apartment use to be two separate units combined in to one to become an authentic Penthouse. It is often compared to the apartment from « Friends ». It does give you a genuine feel of New York while offering comfortable amenities. Conveniently put together, the place has been recently been renovated and was equipped with new appliances. Corner building at a cross street, the apartment is very luminous, healthy and feels quite roomy. The communal spaces have a clear view on Midtown and sun light is picking through the windows in the morning. The only flaw of the place is that during rush hours, it gets a bit noisy. But we get used to it. The room is perfect for anybody visiting New York as it is conveniently located close to any landmarks in the City but also for anybody doing business.

Very close to subway-stations: A, C, E*, N, Q, R, 1, 7, S, F, 2, (basically all of them) Times Square, 42nd street and Port Authority Bus Terminal. *E station is direct to JFK airport.

We speak English and French.

We are looking for someone cool, reliable, drama free, respectful, who knows how to live in a community, that cleans up after themselves, owns a stable job with regular incomes. Someone that could eventually become a friend over the long term.

We love to cook, spend time together, hangout, watch movies - TV shows, we workout, play sports and and love to travel. Except during the pandemic which requires us to work remotely, we are usually busy during the week days and try to go to bed at reasonable times; during the weekends we love to go outdoor, hang out in the city or simply chill at home and recharge. The place we live in is one of a kind and deserves to be treated with respect. For everybody’s comfort and to keep this place clean and healthy, there are house rules everyone should uphold.

The apartment is currently shared by 3 great people, 2 men and 1 women:

• Jason, 33yd, Film Maker and Set Designer for fashion photo shoots.
• Sara, 28yd, Lawyer for an International banking group.

We are looking for someone willing to stay three months minimum.

Rental requirements:

• Security Deposit is one month’s rent.
• Rent is due before the 6th of each month.
• Utilities are shared equally among the 4 of us. (+/-$60 monthly for Internet + Electricity and Gaz)

In case of any changes, one month notice will be given to both parties prior to moving out.
