About the home and the location: Its a beautiful neighborhood, with quiet neighbors. There is street parking only, quiet area, located on one of the edges of Vallejo, bordering American Canyon. Our neighbors do their best to keep the area looking good year round as required by the lovely HOA rules. During the summer we have access to a shared pool. We have also have access to a tennis court, if you’re into that. There is a small park directly across the property. Plenty of walking spaces around the location of the neighborhood.

Looking for with similar personalities; quiet, respectful to people and their personal belongings. We are LGBT+ community and allies. 2 cats live on property. One is an elderly cat and lives in the room with primary roomie, and the second cat stays in the shared living area - her bedding space. She goes in and out of the house. Myself, and two other housemate are on the property (there is an attached garage with an in-law unit - currently occupied and not counted in the numbers in the house). I am in the hospitality industry, the other housemate is in the medical field. The one not counted in the transportation industry. We are all working professionals.

We work varied schedules and hobbies, including one of us re-learning music. So, aside from that, it’s fairly quiet. If this is an issues, we can check in on schedules to accommodate. For safety reasons, I ask no outside visitors in the house.
