Hello! I have a lovely 2 bed 1 bath apartment for sublet. It is available for the month of August. It is $1000 for the month, not including utilities which comes to about $150.

One room has a full size bed in it, the other room is set up as a yoga and meditation room but I will be clearing it out so that it’s empty, as well as a very large walk-in closet which is free to use it for whatever you need. The living room has a chair, a desk, and a couch which faces the home theatre screen. I don’t have a TV but the projector is way cooler, I promise.
The kitchen has a fridge and stovetop oven, as well as a juicer, bullet blender, dutch oven, and rice cooker. The bathroom is full size. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. One interesting thing about this spot is that it was created by disconnecting the second floor and first floor. There is no kitchen sink, but ample room in the bathroom sink to make up for that. It hasn’t been an issue for me at all. You’ll have your own private stairwell, entrance, and personal parking behind a gate for added privacy.
**My cat, Yohji, will be staying in the home! So you must be cat friendly and okay with feeding him! He is HUMAN TOILET TRAINED - so no cat box duty. He is the most chill roomie you’ll ever have but I’ve discounted the rent to make up for this slight annoyance.
It is a very quiet and calm neighborhood very close to downtown Phoenix. Sprouts and Safeway are a 5 minute drive away for groceries. There are numerous restaurants around such as Chipotle, Green Vegetarian, Vayal’s Indian Kitchen, etc. It’s a really solid location! And your neighbors are sweet too!
