HOUSE SHARE in peaceful Cottage Lake Woodinville: 15 min away from UW Bothell and Cascadia College. Private room (unfurnished) and shared spaces (furnished) include 1 living room, 1 rec room, 1 office/ exercise room, kitchen and diningroom. Large back yard, front yard and fire pit. Pets on case by case basis due to my allergies.

Your half of rent would be $1,275 per month, not including utilities. Only first month rent needed to move in.

About the lease: you’d be joining the remainer of the lease I am on through August, with the ability to renew after. I am hoping to ideally find someone looking for somthing more long term. Landlords are pretty flexible but will check income, etc. I’ve lived here almost 10 years, have a good relationship with them.

I have references I can provide from prior roommates about what it is like living here.
