Furnishing: Available unfurnished, OR fully furnished for an extra $50-$75/month.

Bathroom Setup: There are 2 bathrooms in the house. Since there will be 3 of us, we will need to coordinate sharing. We are happy to discuss this as a household to find an arrangement that feels most fair and comfortable for everyone.

Lease: Current lease ends July 31st and we are looking for someone to sign for the next 1 year lease. Move-in is available right now.

We are working professionals with busy schedules. We view our home as a quiet place to relax and recharge after work, so we generally keep things low-key and respectful. We are friendly but independent, and looking for a roommate who is similarly responsible and pays bills on time.

Important: We share the house with Dean, my German Shepherd Dog. He is a part of the household, so you must be comfortable with large dogs.
