Worry free of street parking. 10 minutes to Howard Community College, 12 minutes to JHU Howard General Hospital, 8 minutes to Merriweather Post Pavilion, 17 minutes to UMBC and 30 minutes to UMD, 18 minutes to BWI, 30 minutes to Inner Harbor Baltimore and 40 minutes to DC. 1 minute to a 80 mile trail for walking and biking
About the roomies
The owner lives in the house, a working professional, an empty-nested mom, neat, self disciplined and easy going. During summer or winter break, the college kids will live with me if no intern.
The tenant is FEMALE only. The owner prefers a decent and neat student or working professional, with no age preference.
