BR, Washer/dryer, Pool, near SDSU, plenty of parking. Great modern 4 bedroom house renting 1 bedroom, huge closet (10x2), new fan in room, quiet area, great location. Close by Cowles Mountain hiking, 8 Freeway, and SDSU. Truly a safe area to live in. Bedroom is 12x10. Bathroom is shared guest bathroom. (of course, only if there are guests around!) Utilities (electric, water, internet) shared by tenants. Washer/dryer in house. House has pool, washer/dryer, very close to hiking and parks, plenty of street parking always. Driveway parking is not an option. SDSU, San Diego, Mission Gorge, Cowles.

Looking for professional renter. Someone who is responsible, clean, no drugs, smoke-free inside home. I take pride in keeping the house looking clean and organized. I’m looking for someone who will fit into that vibe. Work full-time or full-time student preferred. Very professional. Must sign 6 month lease. Open to a longer period for renewal if all goes well. Deposit and first month rent due to move in with signed lease. I have had excellent luck so far in renting out the room in this amazing room. Very picky in finding someone who is a good fit and wants to live in a safe and cool place. I do have a very loveable small dog so looking for someone who also likes dogs. Prefer someone who does not work-from home full-time as I often do and it gets a little busy with two people doing it. I am a male and open to male or female roomie. Hope this answers any questions!
