Room for rent with shared bathroom in 4 bedroom, 3 story townhouse. The bathroom will be shared with one female in her 20s.
$1,200 includes all utilities (electric, water, internet, trash). Parking is available in the neighborhood when available or just outside the neighborhood when all neighborhood spots are taken.
No pets. Background check required. $700 security deposit. Available May 15.
About the roomies
The other 3 bedrooms in the house are rented to females in their 20s/early 30s. One is a marine, one is an actress, and one works in an office. The vibe of the house is generally quiet, but friendly. The girls have a chore chart where they alternate basic chores each week (i.e. take out the trash, wipe down countertops, etc.). There are two refrigerators in the kitchen, so you will share with only one other roommate.
