Short-term stays are welcome, with all utilities included, making tings ideal for any temporary housing needs!
Conveniently located about 10 minutes from Imperial Beach, Otay Ranch, Eastlake, Chula Vista, and National City, with easy access to I-5, I-805, and CA-125 for commuting around San Diego.
Rent is $1,400for a single occupant or $1,700 for a couple. Pets are welcome with a one-time $200 deposit.

About the roomies
As of right now, it’s myself and my younger brother living on the third floor. We’re very kept to ourselves, and will always opt for silence and to not bother others.
We value a clean and organized space and do our part to keep common areas tidy. Overall, we’re easygoing and low-key, and try to make the home comfortable for everyone.
My brother and I are big time PC gamers, we’re both car guys, and love being outdoors!
