Hey everyone! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 3-bedroom spot right on Melrose. The apartment is 3 blocks from Hollywood, 10 mins to DTLA, and super close to the Metro. You’ll have a private bedroom that is unfurnished for your own setup. You’d be sharing the place with two guys. We keep a calm, tidy, pet-free, and smoke-free home. I’m big on seasonal decorating and the occasional group dinner, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly but also appreciates a peaceful home base.

Details: • Rent: $1,050 (it includes all the utilities). • Lease: 6-month minimum sublease (we like keeping things flexible). • Security Deposit: 1,050, fully refundable minus any damage.

We’re looking for: • Someone with a steady job/income, or financial aid letters are totally fine for students! Good credit, and a respectful, clean lifestyle.
