I have a roommate right now that was at my other house for a year and then she’s been here for almost a year and she’s gonna be moving back to Manatee county Sarasota area to be close to your child because he moved back with his father and his dad is having issues now so she wants to be closer. I am partially disabled. I have three rescue dogs that are great. I have the same lady for going on a year now she was at a different place and the lady was acting weird so she had a place so last July she moved in here and she’s moving back to the area where I had a five bedroom that I used to run out to a bunch of people. The house is approved for section 8 she was paying $1600 a month. I lowered it to help out. I did clear out my other room over there that I have my comic books other stuff in there so when her son was coming by, he had a place to stay in so I can accommodate somebody with two bedrooms, but only want one renter not two different.there is one bed in the room the child’s bed was put in there originally for a lady with a child. Pool table and hot tub.
