Room for rent in a beautiful home, nice and quiet neighborhood of Lake Arrowhead. Looking for a Christian/Catholic renter, who is nice, kind, clean, respectful, mature, no drama, has a fulltime job, proof of income, and pay rent on time. Required to stay at least 6 months or longer ( 6 months lease and then month to month after). Room is for 1 person only, no overnight guess, no pets, no smoking anything, no drugs, nor alcohol. Room is on separated level with its own entrance, and access to an awesome deck with forest view and fresh clean air to enjoy; shared bathroom and kitchen. You will have 1 car parking spot. Rent is $800/month includes utilities, $800 deposit to move in.
About the roomies
You will have a 58 year old male roommate, retired veteran, very nice and kind.
