We are located right off Sant Rosa Avenue conveniently the house has a small front and back yard with the added benefit of the different businesses within walking distance, a small park is also on our street for any of your own pets who might want to tag along.
The house is a little beat up from the previous tenants, their kids, and dog, which is why there will be no deposit fee.
Parking on the street can be hard to find at times due to the amount of cars in the neighborhood but there are two parking spaces available if willing to pay a small fee, otherwise a parking lot is located almost directly behind our house if for whatever reason there isn’t a space out front.
Currently, 4 roommates, 1 dog, and 1 cat. We all work full time, keep up after ourselves, and do our best to respect everyone’s schedule. Besides having a like mindset of keeping bills paid on time, thats about most of it. Contact me for any additional questions or concerns.
