Very large home within walking distance from a Super Walmart, plenty of restaurants, other shops and the bus line. Fully furnished room. Decent size room with a full bed/ 4 dresser drawer combo underneath and a tv with Roku . Remote control ceiling lighting and ambient lighting under the bed. Room is on the first level, kitchen and half bath also on 1st level. All utilities paid which includes Google high speed internet . All housemates are responsible for keeping the home clean and work together with lawncare which includes leaf raking, grass cutting and snow removal during winter months.
You will share home with one woman and three males You will share the main bathroom with the 3 males. There is a half bath that is open to anyone on the first level where the bedroom is located. There’s an extremely large backyard. Plenty of room to jog around the yard for exercise and patio area for barbecuing. A cozy sunroom which is nice to sit in and watch the rain come down or watch your favorite program on the wall mounted TV. All of the housemates are mature, well-rounded adults. Everyone works, and I’m looking for another W-2 employed housemate (no self employed Individuals) will need to supply two months of paycheck stubs for proof. Must be clean and respectful of the shared space which is the laundry room kitchen and bathrooms.
