This is a shared, owner-occupied home. I am looking for one female lodger who is respectful, responsible, and comfortable sharing common areas in a female living environment. This space is best suited for someone with a busy lifestyle who doesn’t spend a great deal of time cooking at home and appreciates a quiet, respectful shared living environment.

A friendly cat is welcome with prior approval. (I also have a well-behaved resident cat who might enter the kitchen through the cat’s door)

No smoking. Snow removal and basic yard maintenance are shared responsibilities under the Owner–Lodger Agreement.

I’m 50 plus and I work in retail, I will be working some evenings, weekends and holidays. I will be occupying the main floor. You might bump into me in the kitchen, but I’ll try to avoid using it when you’re using it. I will let you know when I will be doing laundry

When weather permits, you will see me in the backyard enjoying the patio or doing yard work and gardening.
