Unfurnished Room available is about 10’ x 11’ plus a good size closet. The apartment is mostly unfurnished, because the existing housemate took their furniture. So, the apartment needs both our furniture to make it a home.
Couples are welcome with adjusted rent.
All other spaces are shared. Washer and dryer in apartment. Pool Patio Air-conditioning First floor No discrimination. Lgbtq+ friendly!
Non-smoking household, but 420 on the patio is okay.
A dog might be okay with an additional deposit.
