Hi! My husband and I typically rent out our 2nd room to college students or traveling workers but you dont have to be one. Preferred age range ~21 to 35. Short term lease/internship/month to month vibe. $750. Includes rent,water,lights and wifi. Prefer to keep bedroom as is for furniture. (beddings/decor can be moved). Bathroom is next door. It would be yours to use but would like it to be kept clean if guests ever needs it but that’s rare. 3rd floor Apt Near Peters Creek Area.
