I have a private room available with a private bathroom. Rent is $800/month (including utilities) and it’s a month-to-month lease with the option to stay long-term, although I’d like to have someone who’s planning to stay at least 6 months or more.

The room is currently unfurnished, but I can have it furnished with a bed, chair, desk, etc. You will have your own private bathroom. The kitchen, living room, home gym in the garage, and back yard are shared. The house is equipped with blazingly fast wifi, kitchenware & appliances in the kitchen, and washer and dryer in the laundry room.

It’s located in the southwest area near Rainbow & Russell. The house is 5 minutes away from many restaurants, Walmart, a park, and the 215 highway. The house is in a quiet, gated community.

I’d love to share my living space with someone who is respectful, quiet, clean, a working professional like myself (or a student). No pets, smokers, or drug users. The room is for a single occupant only.
