Yard is app .4 acres and fenced in. -10-12 minute drive to Chicken Rd gate (Plank Rd), 1/2 mile to Cape Fear Hospital of Hoke. Must be ok with dogs (service animal), children, and seasonal outdoor decorations. -No pets allowed/No animals allowed, Non-smoking property (cigarettes, vaping, etc). One occupant per bedroom. -Must be ok with quiet hours, and no overnight guests. Background check will be required (paid by applicant), income verification and rental agreement (will be provided and notarized). No violent criminal history, sexual criminal or drug distribution related charges. ** Initial stay 6 months, up for extending at 6 months intervals if living situation is agreeable for all parties. -Rent includes, water, internet, electric, some extra storage available in backyard 12x20’ storage shed, additional refrigerator if you need more space for groceries, washer/dryer use, lawn maintenance. The neighborhood is predominantly military, and family oriented.
