About the room
You will have one roommate, Jamie, and she is in the restaurant industry. She has a very friendly dog and is very clean! I will be moving and would like someone to take over my half of the lease until March 10th, but it can be extended if you and the roommate decide. Earliest move-in date is October 1st.
I am personally covering $150/month as a courtesy to anyone who takes over the lease, and reimbursing you for the apartment application fee if you get approved and take over the lease, as well as the admin fee.
Rent is $860.50 after $150/month reimbursement (either all at once, or I can send every month); all bills and parking averages $125/month. You can keep my queen mattress if you’d like.
About the roomies
Jamie is very clean and she has a very friendly dog! She works in the food industry and is great to talk to as well.
