My roommate and I are looking for someone to move into the 3rd bedroom in our 3 bed/2 bath unit. Our other roommate got a new job in another state and is moving out at the end of the month. This is a quiet gated complex with an indoor/outdoor pool, gym, arcade and basketball court. It’s a quick drive to federal way, puyallup, sumner, Tacoma.

This would be a new one year lease starting June 1. Your Rent would be $880 a month + utilities and Internet split 3 ways. Bills would roughly be $125 a month.

You would have full access to the kitchen/living room/dining area and your own private room. You would be sharing a bathroom with myself. Washer and dryer is in the unit as well.

There is a currently 2 dogs living in the apt as well so must be dog friendly. Unfortunately that’s the limit allowed so we can’t have anymore pets.

I’m 39M. Roomie in the master is 47F. We’re pretty chill and easy going. I spend most of my free time walking my dog, watching the mariners or going to mariners games.
