About the room

Me and my husband has a three bedroom two bathroom. We just purchased the property. We had a roommate that moved in with us from our old place so we have one extra room that we are trying to rent for one year maximum six month minimum. It’s located in the heart of North Lauderdale. There are plenty of stores nearby close to 95 and Turnpike we don’t have no kid, but my roommate has a one little girl.

About the roomies

You would be sharing a room in a 3/2 bedroom house with me and my husband and our roommate with her daughter. We will be sharing a three bedroom two bath you will be sharing the bathroom with the other roommate. Water is included. Light is included and Internet is included. You will have access to my kitchen area, but not my living area. There are a lot of closet space a lot of parking space and a huge backyard that overlook a lake.
