Overall a very comfortable place on a nice quiet street in a really cool part of LA that is usually hard to find a spot in. At the end of the block (literally a 30 second walk) is the LA river bike path, two parks, with more in walking distance as well as coffee shops, restaurants, and bakeries right on the river.

The neighbors in this building are also great and very friendly.
