I handle lawn care, pest control & renters insurance. Currently not asking for a background check or deposit. Flexible on lease terms, but prefer a 12 month commitment.

You’d get your & your own bathroom. You’re more than welcome to use the office space as well! Everything but the bedroom/bathroom is furnished!

House is in Harvest, AL. The house is brand new in a brand new neighborhood. Neighborhood is quiet & everyone keeps to themselves!

Hi! A little about me—

I’m 33 years young

I am an esthetician at a medspa in addition to owning my own business doing spray tans, lash lift/tint & brow lamination/tint services! You’d have access to some of these services so this is a perk!

I’m a very clean person & I’m super down to earth! I keep to myself & will occasionally have guests over, but not very often.

I work during the middle of the week & travel to TN frequently on the weekends. I’m home most evenings & usually at least 2 weekends a month.

I also have 1 dog. She’s a mini goldendoodle! I do prefer no more pets, but I’m open to discuss it depending on the pet! My dog doesn’t shed so I would prefer another dog that also doesn’t shed or at least another smaller dog. I’m allergic to cats so hard no on those.
