About the room
the townhome is a 4x4 about 10 minutes from campus and on the bus route. There is reserved parking, in unit laundry, and everyone has their own bathroom ! the $625 a month covers utilities and internet so everything is included in that fee. the neighborhood has a pool, and there is a cute park (central park) across the street
About the roomies
all the girls in the house are upperclassman/ recent grads ! we love girls nights, working, cooking, and just hanging around. We are all very good at keeping our “common areas” clean (living room/ kitchen).
