About the room

We are located near the Deltona Club golf course. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The room is 12 x 16 has a window AC unit and is otherwise unfurnished except for a 60“ tv mounted to the wall. If you have your own tv you would like to mount you are welcome to put yours up. The home itself has too large living areas, Kitchen to share (must clean up after yourself) and dining room. There is a patio outback with our large yard where you are welcome to grill. Utilities are included in the price including internet. I have two dogs and a cat so you must love pets. You must have a full-time job and be able to make rent on the first few days of every month.

About the roomies

Right now I work remotely from home and I am currently pursuing my BSIT at Daytona State College. It’s just me and my roommate living here. I also have a German Shepherd, Black Lab and also two indoor cats. If you have any questions please message me.
