About the room
I have one available room for rent in my nearly-new townhouse in Mooresville, just over 2 years old. The room is 10’3“ x 12’3“ and includes a relatively spacious walk-in closet.
The bathroom would be shared with one other female roommate. The room is currently fully furnished, but I can remove the furniture if you prefer to bring your own.

About the roomies
A little about me: I’m a working professional in real estate and IT, friendly, respectful, and clean. I like to keep things pretty relaxed around the house and I’m usually either working, hanging with friends, or chilling at home.
I also have a super sweet and well-behaved dog—she’s friendly, quiet, and loves people. So you’d need to be okay living with a dog (but she might become your new best friend). Megan, my roommate, has a cat that primarily stays in her room.
