We currently have a large room & available with a shared bathroom right outside of it. The room is on a secluded portion of the house. It includes a walk in closet and a mini fridge . We have a back patio, garage, full kitchen and fenced in back yard. There is currently three people living here all of us work a lot. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and there are lots of out door cats. I have an indoor cat who loves people but not so much other cats. We are LGBTQ and marijuana friendly, however we do not smoke in the house. Please message with any questions or concerns!

P.S. The security deposit is for pets only. If you do not bring a pet you are not obligated to pay the security deposit. However we do appreciate it as if something were to happen it would help go to repairs and other such house hold necessities!

Our names are Cori & Terra. The two of us that live here are in a relationship. I have a single cat named Zaina she’s a sweetie who i adore. Sometimes, like any cat, she can be spicy. We are both huge nerds that enjoy video games and Disney, as we both have PCs. We TRY to go as often as possible so if our potential roommate enjoys Disney we’d love to have them tag along! We also enjoy cooking, as my partner loves cooking traditional Puerto Rican food and me, comfort foods! The others who live here are all respectful and kind individuals! We don’t mind if you are a keep to yourself kind of person or if you are a social butterfly, regardless we support you! I hope some of this interests you as we’d love to welcome someone in our home!
