About the room
This apartment is in a very convenient location between UO campus and downtown Eugene (both are walking distance), and the rent is super cheap! It would be great for a student! This has been my home for 3 years, and it has treated me very well. Property management has been wonderful, and they’re super easy going. There’s a dishwasher, and there is laundry on site. Pets are allowed as long as they are approved by property management. Looking for someone to cover my last month on my lease, and you will potentially have the option to renew the lease for another year if you so desire. You will have to go through an application process through property management either way though.
About the roomies
My current roomie is super sweet and easy going, and so is her emotional support dog! She often bakes cookies and offers to share :) she’s also 420 friendly, and she keeps common spaces clean!
