These photos are outdated. I am now in Shaker Heights in a building with two units on three floors. My unit is on the second and third floor. The third floor has a bathroom, a small bedroom and a large bedroom. Currently, they are fixing up the bottom floor, so there is nobody in that first floor unit yet. The kitchen is pretty small and basic. If. you like to cook, you might find it frustrating (I do). For example, there is not much counter space or a garbage grinder. I have already furnished everything so the less you have, the better. I will post new photos soon.
I am an ex artist and ex teacher in my 50’s. I have a daughter who is away at college in
but she’ll be home at breaks. We are both pretty quiet, but like to cook, converse and occasionally have friends over to play games. I like to garden.
We don’t smoke and I rarely drink.
