• Unfurnished Bedroom 3 (Downstairs Private Bedroom – private bathroom located just outside the room): $450/month + $120 utilities
👉 Total: $570/month

⚡ UTILITIES: Flat rate: $120/month per person

👉 All roommates, especially the downstairs roommate, must be comfortable with a small active dog living in shared common areas.

📋 LEASE REQUIREMENTS: • All tenants must be approved and placed on the lease by the rental company
• Credit and background screening required
• $40 application fee (paid to realty company)
• $200 security deposit (paid to realty company)
• Respectful, clean, and responsible tenants only
• No excessive noise or disruptive behavior
• Shared responsibility for maintaining common areas and purchasing shared household items when needed
