About the room
There are 2 options for renting this room 1) as a guest of mine or 2) add to the lease.
OPTION 1: This room is available from 10/1/25-3/17/26 (1 to 5 months or longer if I sign another lease) as a guest of mine. REQUIRED: This means that you will not be added to the lease, thus you cannot stay the night more than 14 days in a row and less than 28 days in a month.
OPTION 2: Being added to the lease which ends 3/17/26.
REQUIRED: Id, background, and credit checks performed through roomies.com are required.
REQUIRED: I want to meet online or in person a few times to make sure we are a good fit.
REQUIRED: I have a cat. The lease explicitly states that it is not to be let outdoors. The expectation is that actions are taken to secure the cat indoors when entering and exiting the apartment.
A quiet corner unit (4 units per building) next to the mailboxes. Close to Hwy 119 & Hwy 287 and the St Vrain River Greenway Trail. Parking is right outside the front door. It feels like an Estes Park retreat with the river running next to the property even though it is close to downtown Longmont. The room is about 10ftx11ft with a closet. I give you under the bathroom sink. There is attic storage space. We would split Nextlight fiber optic and wifi internet, gas (in unit washer & dryer), and utilities (which includes the garbage pickup). If you have a cat or dog (cannot weigh more than 75lb), there is a $35 monthly fee and a $300 deposit. No weed is allowed on the property per my lease agreement.
