Seeking a responsible and respectful roommate to share my home in a beautiful gated community just minutes from downtown. The lovely standard size 10 X12 bedroom features a furnished space with a bed, dresser and a closet. It also has a fridge and microwave. A desk can be provided if needed. You will have a bathroom to yourself and will only be shared if there’s a guest. All common areas will be shared. There is ample parking space on the parking pad in front of the house but if you want a garage space, it’s an extra $100 per month. Residents in the gated community have RFID to put on their car or a code to put on their cell phone. There is also a swimming pool and clubhouse. The location is a serene neighbourhood, 2 miles from BMW and 1 mile from Michelin Headquarters and close to downtown. It is also accessible to shopping malls and parks. Available for viewing only after 3:00pm, 7 days a week. The room is available NOW

Requirements: Full Background Check will be required No Smoking Pets are allowed at a fee of $500. Open to dogs or cats depending on breed. No dogs over 30 lbs and no pit bulls Regulations: Must provide advance notice if you are bringing guests Must clean your own room and bathroom weekly or hire a cleaning person
