Looking for respectful and responsible roommates to share a spacious two-story 4-bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. One private room is available for rent:
Downstairs Bedroom: furnished with a TV, and a desk. You will need to provide a bed.
The house features:
Two large living areas for relaxing or hanging out
•spacious kitchen •pool •in-unit laundry •shared bathrooms •street parking available in safe neighborhood
Utilities (water, electricity, internet, etc.) will be split evenly among tenants.
We have one dog in the home, but unfortunately no additional animals can be accommodated!

My boyfriend and I share one bedroom. Both of us are full-time students and part-time workers, so we stay pretty busy. We’re private and mostly keep to ourselves, but we’re always open to a friendly chat!
