About the room

Hi folks- I have both a tiny home/ rv spot and a furnished room for rent. The site doesn’t have some of the options I need for this listing. I am looking to rent out my RV spot for someone who does not need to move their RV often as it is behind my shop. Or a tiny home in the lower driveway with a shop and private area. Or a sweet room in a brand new house. There is the possibility to do some work trade in exchange for lower rent. RV spot is private, has electric and water and storage. Would need a composting toilet or an RV dump trolley–I do have an RV dump, just not black water hook ups to the site.
