There’s a 7-Eleven downstairs for quick convenience, and the building has great amenities like a gym and secure access. The condo has brand new carpet and fresh paint. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, plus parking is included. It’s the perfect setup if you want to be close to all the downtown action but still live somewhere peaceful and laid-back.
