I have a 10’ x 11’ bedroom available for rent with a private full bathroom (bathroom will not be shared). Parking spot on the driveway is included, along with high-speed internet and WiFi.

You’ll also have full access to the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The backyard is fenced – great for relaxing or if you have a pet (pet policy can be discussed).

Utilities: Rent includes internet. Electricity and water are split 50/50.
