I work nights and have a small business by day. I am laid back and easy to get along with. I keep the house up but not emaculate. I like cleanliness and respect to others property. I consider this home a place of Zen.

Sooooo, what do I expect from the potential Roomie? They need to have sense of cleanliness and respect for areas of the home that are not shared , I have a basement that has some gym equipment that can be accessed no problem, there are 2 full baths but thesecond one has a small shower if you desire your own bathroom. mutual respect for space and no tolerance for smoking inside the home. I am not your mother so pick up after yourself and no drama.
