SAFE, CLEAN, QUIET, SECURE: Fully Furnished and Room is private located upstairs along with private bathroom and shared laundry room.

Month to Month term. 1st mo. and refundable sec. deposit due prior to move in or on day of.

$1200 a mo. with a $1,000. security deposit.

Wk to Wk Term available as well (Temporary) $100 day with a 5night/6 day minimum and a refundable $450 Security Deposit . Full payment due prior to stay.

Security Deposits Refunded as long as all house/community rules and regulations are followed.

Community has swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Linens and Towels included, if needed. Laundering of linens and towels included as well.

Must provide own food and toiletries as well as Laundry Soap. (1 hand soap, bar soap, body wash and 1 toilet paper provided)

Easy to get to the 5 Freeway (North or South)

Near Shopping, Dining, Charging, Gas, and Entertainment. 5 minutes from MAGIC MOUNTAIN. (10 MINUTES to HENRY MAYO Hospital and Kaiser Permanente.) 11 minutes to Valencia Towne Center Shopping Mall. (45 minutes to UCLA.), 30 minutes to Burbank, 30 minutes to Encino, Tarzana, Shermano Oaks or Studio City, 45 minutes to Hollywood (times listed are not during rush hour)

Clean, Respectful, Quiet, Nice. Do not smoke or vape indoors. Drink on occasion. Professionals, Full Time and/or College Students.

Access to common areas including community swimming pool and jacuzzi directly behind house. Living room has streaming large flat screen tv., dining room, back downstairs patio, kitchen with dish ware and cookware available for light cooking. Please provide own trash bags and paper towels.
