One Roommate Wanted – Chill, Quiet Home surrounded by Parks and the Beach (Fernandina Beach) Looking for a mature, responsible woman to share cozy home with me and my (super shy) cat in a peaceful neighborhood of Fernandina Beach.
We’re surrounded by three beautiful city parks, the Peck Center and the MLK Recreation Center — and just five minutes from both the beach and historic downtown Amelia Island! (No additional people or pets)

Available: Weekly, Month to Month, or 6 month lease options.

*Rent Options:(Weekly + Monthly Options) 1.) $1,000/month – private bedroom 2.) $1,100/month – bedroom + office 3.) $1,200/month – bedroom + office + garage space *Utilities for Monthly Renters: Utilities are split 50/50 based on actual monthly bills. Average total household utilities: $285–$370/month split in half depending on season. 4.) $325/week (utilities included) – for weekly renters *Utilities Included in Weekly Rate: Electric, water, sewer, trash, and high-speed internet. Owner also covers pest control, yard maintenance, air filters, and renters insurance.

• Private room furnished
• Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, shared office space (if needed), and spacious yard with fire pit and trampoline - very peaceful
• Quiet, safe neighborhood
• Calm, peaceful, laid-back atmosphere *Some garage space if needed for storage
• Some office space if needed

About me:

• I’m 60, work from home, responsible, respectful, and easygoing
• 420-friendly, social drinker, but not a partier
• Rarely have guests but very social when the time is right
• Happy to be friends or just respectful housemates — totally up to you!
• I keep a tidy, comfortable home. Think clean and lived-in, not spotless. If you need everything immaculate at all times, we are probably not the right fit.
• Usually have Solfeggio Frequencies on the living room TV or I might be doing yoga
• I walk the beach or Greenway as often as I can, you are welcome to join me if you are inclined! *Occasionally have friends over to watch movies or visit *Rare but possibly an overnight guest (no regular sleep over guests)
• Quiet from 10pm - 7am weekdays, 9am - midnight weekends (respectfully)

Important: One cat lives at the residence (he mostly stays outside or hides). Please, NO ADDITIONAL PETS (non negotiable). I am clean but not a fanatic. If you are OCD, please do not apply. Shared responsibility of cleaning and providing cleaning materials for the communal areas (bathroom, kitchen, living room). You provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries (not an Air b ñ b.😉) Looking for someone who enjoys respectful clear communication, appreciates a peaceful home and good vibes.
