I rent the apartment by myself, no other roommates. I am a medical professional ( in the 50’s) working for long hours. I am Friendly, respectfull, cleaning after myself keeping the place pleasant. I expect the same from a roommate. I value calm enviroment, with no drama. I would welcome someone mature that can proof income.
