I, along with 2 other ODU students (all male), are currently on the lease. We’re looking for a 3 more roommates to fill the last available bedrooms and split rent and utilities evenly (1/6 each). The lease begins July 11.

The house is 3 stories, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths. It’s beautiful, spacious, and in great shape. The first floor includes a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher + lots of counter space, a living room, a large garage, a pantry closet, and a full bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd floors each have 3 carpeted bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bath, and their own thermostat. Each bedroom is 11x11 ft². We also have a backyard that we share with our adjacent neighbors. The living room is furnished, but your room will be empty, hence why it says “unfurnished” in the listing.

Our landlord is Odurent, a local property management company that handles a lot of off-campus housing around Old Dominion University. To rent with them, you’ll need to either be a currently enrolled student or pass a background check (which includes a $34 fee). To reiterate, I am not the landlord, I cannot negotiate terms of the lease with you. I can walk you through the application process if needed, but I am not affiliated with Odurent.
