The house is located in a townhouse community. We are looking for a housemate to take the master bedroom. Available from May 6th, 2026. Rent is $1,500 per month include all utilities (water, trash, electricity, high speed internet). Security deposit is $1,500 which is fully refundable when you move out. It is a month by month lease. You have to give me a minimum 30 days-notice to move out.

It is a 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse in a community in Gardena. 1st floor is the garage and lower bedroom, 2nd floor is the living room, kitchen, dining space, ½ bath and a balcony. 3rd floor is the master bedroom and upper bedroom. Very close to SpaceX, highway I-105, I-110 and I-405. You will have your own private master bedroom about 14’x14’. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor. You will have your own private master bathroom. You also your own walk-in closet. The room is NOT furnished so you have to bring your own furniture. Central AC that you can control the temperature through the Nest app. Ring doorbell with camera. Front door lock with keypad. Samsung front loaded washer and dryer on the 3rd floor.

There are plenty of visitor parking spots inside the community. However, they are on first come first serve basis.

You will be sharing the house with 2 housemates. One male and one female, both are in their late 20s.

We are looking for a responsible housemate who must have a full-time job and will pay rent on time. You must NOT have any criminal history, no bankruptcy history, and no eviction history. Salary above $75K per year is preferred. Credit score above 700 is highly preferred. Not pet is allowed.
