The upper level of the home is occupied by me and my adult children. We are friendly, respectful, and responsible, and we value a clean, peaceful, and low-noise home. We are not a party household, but we enjoy a calm and comfortable living environment. The basement offers privacy and a cozy layout. We are looking for female roommate(s) only who are clean, considerate, and respectful, and who appreciate a friendly and quiet home, especially during evenings and nights. We do have a small, friendly Goldendoodle, so the roommate(s) should be comfortable around dogs.
