About the room
This is a fairly large house with three floors. Available is a furnished 12’x13’ room on the second floor. There is a separate, full bathroom outside of the bedroom (not en suite).
Also available is a larger, first-floor bedroom with a private entrance. This bedroom leads into a “sitting room” with a fireplace, which leads into the main area of the house.
The main area includes a kitchen and an entertainment area with a billiard table.
The backyard has an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace, and a jacuzzi.
The laundry room is on the first floor.
